Amazing views but ridiculously high bar prices
Only stayed here for one night. Mixed feelings overall...it took us a very long time to work out where to park and where to check in. The place itself is a huge complex used for many things and we only had about an hour before we needed to leave to go to a cooking course so time was of the essence! Once we'd checked in though, the room was amazing, the view incredible, and the free beers and crisps in the minibar much appreciated! Insanely comfortable bed and we enjoyed the luxury feeling of the automatic blinds!
Negatives were that you have to either bring or buy a swimming hat to use the pool - not a huge deal but we were only in there for 10 mins on the morning before our flight so felt a bit annoying. The worst thing though was the prices in the bar. We wanted a couple of drinks before bed after our cooking course - a 330ml Kass beer was 4-5 times the price of everywhere else we've been in Korea... A cocktail was comparable with places in central London and a Goose Island (330ml) beer was 21,000 won. It may just be that we've got lucky with everywhere else we've been to on Korea but it was a huge shock to the system! And the bar itself plays music at the volume of a nightclub - this was very much not the vibe we were after, though obviously this is not the hotel's fault!

Great place for a retreat
Beautiful views, good location in the mountains, friendly staff, very clean, wifi is perfect
My room had broken AC for two nights in hot weather and they didn’t offer an upgrade or any service; just had us pack up our room at like 10pm and move
